The eManifest program allows carriers and freight-forwarders to electronically transmit pre-arrival shipment information, facilitating compliance with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

Why hasn’t my shipment been PARS Accepted?

Canada Customs requires that all e-manifests must be accepted before the customs officer can make a Pre-Arrival Review System (PARS) accepted decision on the entry. If your shipment has not been PARS accepted, check your eManifest status or contact us.
